Wireless charging technology is a method of transmitting electrical energy to a device without the need for a plug or USB cable connection, by using magnetic induction, electromagnetic induction, or radio frequency energy to charge the device.
Wireless charging technology has been widely used in various devices, including smart phones, electronic watches, wireless headsets, electric toothbrush, wireless keyboards and mice. The use of wireless charging technology has brought many benefits, such as more convenient charging, users do not need to connect devices with wires, and can also avoid confusion and disorder of wires. In addition, the charger only needs to be installed in the appropriate position for the device to automatically charge, thus eliminating the use of wire extension cables.
Wireless charging technology includes two main technologies, namely electromagnetic induction charging and magnetic resonance charging. Electromagnetic induction charging is the most common wireless charging technology, which uses electromagnetic induction to transmit electrical energy to the device. The transmitter and receiver transmit information and energy through electromagnetic waves, and the transmitter transmits electrical energy to the battery receiver, causing oscillations through the instantaneous rise and fall of current. This allows energy to be transmitted to the receiver for charging.
Magnetic resonance charging technology is another wireless charging technology that uses higher frequency electromagnetic waves to charge devices. Magnetic resonance charging technology charges devices by placing them in the magnetic resonance circuit of the charger. A magnetic resonator converts electrical energy into a magnetic wave signal. When the magnetic wave signal matches the magnetic resonance circuit of the receiver, energy is generated and transmitted to the device.
The application of wireless charging technology is constantly expanding, and it will be able to be applied to more devices in the future. Meanwhile, due to the improvement in charging efficiency, charging speed, and safety of wireless charging technology, it can become one of the mainstream charging methods in the future.
