The new manufacturing process completely discards the anti-corrosion essentials of the internal coating of radiators widely used in China, and directly selects the precision cast steel formed by one-time casting to prevent corrosion and leakage, which has multiplied the years of anti-corrosion and leakage.
Not only that, but also its heat dissipation capacity exceeds 10% - 30%, its pressure resistance increases by 20%, and its steel thickness increases by 20% - 80% compared with that of the same industry. It also has many characteristics in energy conservation and environmental protection. It not only retains the advantages of light weight, high pressure, high heat, energy saving, environmental protection and elegant appearance of steel pipe radiators, but also integrates many advantages of cast iron radiators. It is an innovative product that never dries. Since then, steel radiators will enter the second generation of growth process. The utilization of high-quality steel for new products, the increase of wall thickness and the elimination of welding joints and welds have eliminated a large number of perishable parts of the new products compared with the original imported products. After testing, it can withstand 20 years of continuous corrosion, and the theoretical service life is 60 years. It is a durable active anti-corrosion product without taking any passive anti-corrosion steps.
