Because the original ecological high-density cold foam sponge is one piece, very soft, but has good resilience. After standing up, the sponge will quickly recover. However, the regenerated sponge is of poor quality, not only the comfort is not high, but also the resilience is extremely poor.

The skeleton of a good E-sports chair is as important as human bones. Good brands generally adopt integrated steel frame, which can fully improve the service life and heavy capacity of the chair. At the same time, they also provide piano baking paint protection for the frame to prevent rusting from affecting the life. Under the protection, the bearing capacity of the e-sports chair can reach more than 1000kg. However, inferior E-sports chairs often use engineering wood as support.
4. Air rod: safety certification and high standard
Most of the domestic lifting chairs adopt the pneumatic rod (gas spring) lifting type. The basic principle is that the inside is filled with high-pressure nitrogen. Since there are through holes in the piston, the gas pressure at both ends of the piston is equal, but the cross-sectional areas at both sides of the piston are different. One end is connected with a piston rod and the other end is not. Under the action of the gas pressure, the pressure to the side with a small cross-sectional area is generated, that is, the elastic force of the gas spring. The size of the elastic force can be set by setting different nitrogen pressures or piston rods with different diameters.
5. Five star foot: bearing capacity and material
At present, there are three kinds of mainstream five-star feet, nylon, iron and aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy price > nylon price > steel price.
Among these materials, aluminum alloy has the highest cost because of its appearance and durability. The five-star legs of aluminum alloy generally bear more than 500kg. Nylon is characterized by strong plasticity and easy to fit the design style of the product, but it has poor load-bearing capacity and is prone to fracture. The cost of the steel five-star foot is relatively low. Now the electroplating process has also greatly improved the appearance.
